Awesome Book Reviews!!!!!

Hello everyone! I have recently read a few books and I decided to do a post about them! So, here we go.........

First is "Finally" By: Wendy Mass. This book is about a girl named Rory who "Finally" turns 12. Her parents had promised her throughout the years of things she could do or have when she turned 12, but not everything turns out as planned. I really like this book and is probably one of my favorites! I would give it 5 out of 5 stars!

Second is "Phillipa Fisher's Fairy Godsister" by Liz Kessler. This is about a girl named Phillipa who's best friend moves away, her parents are weird and a girl is mean to her at school. She really wants her life to get better and she meets someone who can help her. I also really liked this book. I've read this book twice now, but I still think it's very good. I would give this book 5 out of 5 stars!

Third is "Love, Ruby Lavender" by Deborah Wiles. This book was about a girl named Ruby who lives in a small town with a few problems. Her grandmother is going to Hawaii for the summer and she doesn't have any friends. Ruby does find some good surprises and some not-so-good surprises. I liked this book too, but I didn't like some things that happened in the book. So I would give this book 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Fourth is "Millicent Min, Girl Genius" by Lisa Yee who is also the author of the Kanani books for American Girl and the "Good Luck, Ivy" book for them as well. This book is about a girl named Millicent who is a genius who has skipped 5 grades. (She's 11 and a senior in high school). She is very close to her grandmother, and she doesn't really have any other friends. So over the summer, her mom signs her up for a volleyball class and she has to tutor her enemy! She finds lots of surprises and at the end of the book, there is a BIG SURPRISE! I absolutely loved this book. I'm so excited because Lisa Yee wrote 2 other books about the other 2 main characters in the story's point of view so I can't wait to read those too! I would give this book 5 out of 5 stars!

Well, that concludes this post! Until next time, Goodbye! :)

"See Green" Recipe

Hello! This recipe is from American Girl Magazine's "Treat a Month" calender. It's a smoothie...

YOU MAY NEED AN ADULT TO HELP YOU WITH THIS RECIPE

Step 1: Gently break 2 small lime frozen fruit bars off their sticks.
Step 2: Ask an adult to peel 2 kiwis.
Step 3: Place the lime fruit bars, kiwis and 1 cup of plain vanilla yogurt into a blender.
Step 4: Ask an adult to blend the mixture until smooth.
Step 5: Top with whipped cream and green sprinkles.

A Bunch of Random Stuff

Hello everyone! I'm sorry I didn't post on St. Patrick's Day! I do like that holiday.......

But anyway, I was just thinking that I could put more effort into my blog than I have been. Since summer break is almost here, I'll be able to spend more time on my blog. I will be doing more posts, photo stories, book reviews and a couple new things. I thought it would be fun if I wrote in a different color font each month depending on the holiday/theme. Also, if you subscribe to American Girl Magazine, you know that they sent out a little "Treat A Month" calender. It's really cool and I will be sharing the recipe for each food/drink for every month on here! I will dedicate one post to the recipe I write. I'm getting excited............
